You have to use an official SIM for client communication, if you are selected.
Respond queries from potential customers and convert into sales leads.
Develop and implement online & offline marketing strategies Respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up support Outdoor Advertising management and Client Service.
Any other tasks assigned by the management. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage campaigns independently.
This position is responsible for generating new Sales Lead for the company. It will require regular cold-calling to new & potential clients and frequent visits to customer office premises and introduce our product(s) & service(s) to the potential customer(s), make presentations, close sales and receive customers’ feedback on a regular basis. It will also require promotional and campaign efforts to promote through digital channels – phone calls, WhatsApp,Email, SMS etc.

Visiting the market regularly to establish good business relationships with Corporate House, all groups of companies offer Hajj & Umrah services.
The job will require lots of client visits to corporate offices.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for dealer channels and ensure target achievement.
Achieve sales targets. Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
Sales & Negotiation: Ability to pitch and sell products/services effectively to businesses.
Customer Service: Adept at understanding and meeting client needs.
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in managing client requests and sales documentation.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-up activities.
Maintain effective & strong relationships with potential clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with private organizations.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities in the sales to private organizations.
Negotiate and finalize corporate sales agreements and ensure timely delivery and collection.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service standards to maximize retention and repeat business.
Identify, research and develop new clients according to the sales forecasting.
Willing to work under pressure also to travel extensively.
Manage and expand the existing Travel /Tour Agent network across all regions of Bangladesh.
Call new and potential clients on a regular basis.
Visit & meet and make presentations to potential customers as and when needed.
1. Business Development & Sales
Build B2B and B2C networks through corporate partnerships and travel agencies.
Plan, develop, and execute the overall travel business strategy.
Hajj , Umrah , Islamic Tour & Oversee air ticketing, visa, hotel booking and travel package services.
Manage and guide the marketing and ticketing teams to meet monthly revenue targets.
Monitor sales, cost efficiency and service quality metrics.
Identify and generate new B2B leads through networking, cold calling, market research, and industry events
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and Service & Packages presentations to corporate clients.
Identify and target potential customers (corporate accounts, event organizers, or agencies) through outbound sales strategies (calls, emails, etc.).
Research and qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's criteria for B2B offerings.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and tenders to secure business orders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned. (if required)
Ensure excellent customer service through regular communication and follow-up.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with business and Individual clients, offering personalized service and consistent follow-ups.
Address inquiries, negotiate terms, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage travel documentation, bookings, and customer inquiries
3. Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
Use the tools to track interactions, log sales progress, and forecast future sales.
Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to senior sales staff and management.
Contribute to the development of corporate sales plans and strategies.
Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market trends to recommend business strategies.
Maintain accurate client data, sales records, and contact history in CRM or sales tracking systems.
4. Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of travel services.
Work closely with marketing to align sales and promotional efforts for B2C & B2B clients.
