Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle reservation requests via phone, email, online platforms, or in person
- Process, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations accurately
- Provide customers with information on availability, rates, promotions, and policies
- Maintain up-to-date reservation records in the booking system
- Coordinate with front office, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth service
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
- Monitor room/seat availability and report overbooking or shortages
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Upsell services and promotions when appropriate
