Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in research and development of new products, materials, or processes as per company objectives.
Supporting product improvement initiatives by analyzing existing designs, formulations, or components.
Conducting basic experiments, trials, and tests under the guidance of R&D Head.
Assist in prototype development, sample preparation, and pilot production runs.
Coordinating with production and quality control teams to ensure feasibility and smooth implementation.
Help in identifying cost reduction and process optimization opportunities.
Ensure R&D activities comply with quality standards, safety rules, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation, lab records, and sample archives.
Assist in sourcing and evaluating raw materials, components, or suppliers for R&D purposes.
Monitor market trends, competitor products, and new technologies relevant to the manufacturing sector.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of R&D.
