• Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments.

• Should be self-motivated, hardworking, sincere, ready to work under stress and should be a good team player.

• Follow up all fabric management activities by ensuring fabric Inspection, shrinkage test, skewing test, bowing test, shade/ color continuity/ GSM/ weight, etc.

• Ensure overall assigned areas quality requirements are being maintained properly through implementing buyer requirements and SOP.

• Find out the provable root causes of any occurred critical and major defects and take the preventive actions to improve it from the cutting point.

• Real time decision making to continue the smooth process operation and taking initiatives or preventive action to avoid any Quality violation.

• Keep all daily, weekly & monthly quality progress report update to all concern.

• Maintain buyer wise all procedure & protocol (Technical & compliance).

• Reporting day-to-day quality status & trend superior.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
