Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare factory for conduct QMS/Technical audits for Buyers. Maintain QMS systems regularly.
∎ Update the quality assurance policy of the organization by introducing changes according to the International Quality policy regulations.
∎ Should have knowledge on 8D standard of IATF16949
∎ Should have the knowledge of five tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC and FMEA)
∎ Assist to develop all policy, procedures, and SOP related to quality & product safety.
∎ Liaison with other departments to ensure quality standards are met and provide suggestions for improvement of SOP & quality Management system.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of quality/Technical audits to follow.
∎ Assist audit team in developing audit reports, as needed.
∎ Responsible for Preparing factory for ISO-9001 audit (QMS)
∎ Planning training schedule and conducting sessions for quality personnel.
∎ Responsible for following Product Health & safety guidelines of buyers.
∎ Doing internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all section head for improvement
∎ Keep all quality documentation & SOP of quality.
∎ Implementation of appropriate Quality procedure in every section
∎ Work with Buying QC for a better understanding of quality requirements & present during the audit.
∎ All types of Quality Metrics & KPI reporting
∎ Conduct technical, quality seminar and coaching.
∎ Technical Files and Document Control
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QMS, QS
∎ Electronics & Electrical products / Lenses & Glass Products / Auto Mobile & Auto Parts experience will be an advantage
∎ Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
∎ Should have excellent communication over English.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, proactive in taking new and innovative initiatives.
∎ Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
∎ The candidate should have the ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines.
