Context:
To execute and monitor day-to-day toy production activities, ensuring production targets, product quality, optimum resource utilization and minimum wastage. The position is responsible for supervising production processes, maintaining product specifications and ensuring timely completion of production orders in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of injection molding processes and plastic materials (PP, HDPE, GPPS). Ability to read production plans and maintain production reports in MS Excel.

• Ensure first-piece, in-process and final product quality in coordination with the QA team. Identify common defects such as short shot, flash, sink mark, warpage and black spots, and take corrective action.

• Supervise and guide 15–20 operators and helpers in the assigned production floor/zone. Allocate manpower machine-wise and ensure discipline, attendance and productivity.

• Prepare hourly production reports, shift reports and daily production reports. Maintain production log sheets, downtime reports and defect records in registers and Excel.

• Maintain 5S, housekeeping and cleanliness in the production area. Ensure all workers use appropriate PPE and follow workplace safety rules.
