Context:
To ensure reliable, safe and efficient operation of injection molding machines, molds, auxiliary equipment and plant utilities through effective preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance. The position is responsible for reducing machine downtime, improving equipment availability, controlling maintenance costs and ensuring uninterrupted production.

Job Responsibilities:

Machine Maintenance: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines, including hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and PLC-related troubleshooting.

Mold Maintenance: Coordinate mold maintenance activities and resolve issues related to water leakage, cooling systems, cores and ejectors.

Utility & Facility Maintenance: Maintain chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, robots, mixers, hopper dryers, cranes, generators and electrical panels, as applicable.

Preventive Maintenance & Downtime Control: Execute maintenance schedules, identify recurring faults, analyze breakdown causes and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Spare Parts & Documentation: Prepare spare parts requirements, maintain minimum stock levels and keep records of breakdowns, maintenance activities and spare parts consumption.

Team Management & Safety: Supervise maintenance technicians, allocate work, guide junior staff and ensure compliance with machine safety, electrical safety and housekeeping standards.
