Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
∎ Maintain inventory level of assigned brand &/ category according to inventory norms and manage seasonal merchandise planning and liquidation.
∎ Monitor Product performance metrics and identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as required.
∎ Prepare a channel-wise seasonal business plan of assigned brand &/ category through extensive numerical analysis and justification basis as a preset target.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external design labs both in domestic and overseas sources for generating new ideas and curating seasonal product lines.
∎ Provide constant support to marketing communication and L&D team in developing product messaging, positioning, training materials and go-to-market strategy.
∎ Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and implementation by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
∎ Obtain market insights and feedback to determine customer needs and desires and continuously improve products and enhance customer satisfaction.
