Job Context

Job Location: Head Office ( Motijheel)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and vendors.

• Issue purchase orders and managing procurement contracts.

• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with suppliers and vendors.

• Manage supplier relationships and evaluating supplier performance.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Operations, and Logistics, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Manage inventory levels and ensuring that adequate supplies are available to meet operational needs.

• Participate in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
