Job Context
Job Location: Head Office ( Motijheel)
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and vendors.
Issue purchase orders and managing procurement contracts.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with suppliers and vendors.
Manage supplier relationships and evaluating supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Operations, and Logistics, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Manage inventory levels and ensuring that adequate supplies are available to meet operational needs.
Participate in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
perform additional duties as assigned by the superior.
