Job Context: The incumbent will perform Brand Management activities to achieve organizational goals & objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualizing new brands, monitoring the growth & life cycle of the products, managing matured brands.
Developing market research, marketing strategies & launching newer molecules to cater the unmet medical needs.
Prepare promotional budget & action plan of assigned brands.
Implement marketing strategies through market analyses for both existing and new brands on regular basis.
Monitor sales goals and ensure both short term and long-term sales growth of assigned brands.
Organizing promotional campaigns and need based scientific seminars with different specialties of doctors.
Arrange training, orientation and refreshing courses on new and existing products for new & existing sales/ marketing people.
Monitor competitors' activities through contact with field forces, important chemist etc.
Liaison with factory for the regulatory activities like Recipe, Annexure, Stability data and other relevant documents.
Liaison with Drug Administration for the approval of assigned brand and conducting all relevant regulatory activities.
Coordinating other departments for the execution of assigned tasks.
Review the development of promotional materials for assigned brands and take necessary action to complete the task timely.
Establishing good rapport with doctors and healthcare provider by paying regular field visit.
