B.Sc in IPE/Textile engineering will be given preference.

Skills Required: Production Planning
Additional Requirements:
Strong understanding of supply chain, production systems, and garment manufacturing process.
Advanced skills in MS Excel, ERP/Planning tools.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on buyer orders, T&A calendar, and capacity.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans in case of delays or disruptions.
- Coordinate with procurement/purchase team to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials.
- Follow up with suppliers for fabric, trims, accessories, and ensure all materials are in-house as per plan.
- Prepare and maintain T&A calendar from order confirmation to shipment.
- Update status reports and highlight any risks or delays to management.
- Liaise with Merchandising, IE, Purchase, Fabric & Trim Store, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Finishing, and Commercial departments.
- Organize planning meetings to align departments with production & shipment timelines.
- Any other task assigned by the managment.
