1. Candidates must have fluent Communication skills on English Language (Writing & Speaking).

3. Candidate should have at least 03 years experiences on same field.

5. To have good knowledge in garments production and planning.

6. Print and embroidery knowledge will add advantages

7. Age 25-35 years

1. Knowing the working procedures of the section (SOP, Flow Chart, Policies) and update all team on the same.

2. Coordination, planning and monitoring of raw materials between the warehouse, production, QA and merchandising prior to starting of the production process.

3. Preparation of production plan according to capacity and utilization of 100% capacity in minimum cost.

4. Preparation of product wise plan with target to align with the central shipment plan, floor line plan and manpower plan.

5. Close monitoring of all pre-production activities as size-set cutting, PP meeting, pilot run and priority wise work progressing.

6. Follow-up in file receiving, fabrics, accessories receiving, sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, print-embroidery, sewing, washing, finishing to shipment, especially print and embroidery outside production and send-receive.

7. Chase fabrics team for fabrics, merchandising team for accessories, cutting and print-embroidery team for sewing in-puts and finishing to shipment, all in on-time manner.

8. Follow-up on availability or short quantity of raw materials and actual production to facilitate timely production completion as well as on time shipment, especially short or reject send-receive of print and embroidery.

9. Stay updated of delay supply of raw materials and effectively address the information relevant to production and shipment.

10. Identify plan vs actual gaps to effectively address the gaps and reduce gaps. 

11. Prepare reliable reports and monitor in daily, monthly and yearly basis to facilitate achieving shipment target and future decision-making initiatives.

12. Monitoring central planning, load allocation and supply chain issues to prior address of tactical points.

13. Collaborate with staffs, different departments, senior management and decision makers to share information for actions.

14. Ensure that the equipment which you have received is well maintained.

15. Ensure timely and enthusiastic participation of all team members in the training programs as per the schedule.

16. Collectively determine and achieve departmental goals/targets as capacity utilize, supply chain and on-time delivery on monthly and yearly basis.
