Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic and passionate people to hire for the position of Executive (Package Tour & Communication). The ideal candidate should be energetic and enthusiastic and have proven experience in the travel and tourism industry.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and design domestic and international tour packages.
∎ Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local guides.
∎ Handle cost calculations, itinerary planning, and pricing strategies.
∎ Monitor market trends and update packages accordingly.
∎ Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
∎ Provide detailed information on tour packages and travel requirements.
∎ Assist clients in choosing suitable packages based on their needs.
∎ Close sales and process bookings efficiently.
∎ Ensure seamless execution of tour programs.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues during tours.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages.
∎ Maintain social media engagement and website updates.
∎ Assist in designing promotional materials, including brochures and flyers.
∎ Negotiate with vendors and service providers for competitive rates.
∎ Maintain relationships with local and international tourism boards.
∎ Ensure quality assurance for partnered services.
∎ Ensure compliance with government tourism regulations.
∎ Maintain client records and reports systematically.
