Job Context:
∎ Nakshikatha is specialized on Airport Service, Airport Branding and other
∎ promotional activities. We are operating several world class Lounges at the airport
∎ of Bangladesh and a five star category kitchen at HSIA.
∎ We are currently in search of a potential candidate who wants to build their career
∎ with International Standard Lounge Services.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Cox`s Bazar International Airport Lounge; &
∎ Chottogram International Airport Lounge
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
∎ Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve planned objectives.
∎ Creating and managing the lounge's fiscal operating and capital budget and
∎ expenses.
∎ Maintaining Inventory properly of the material materials and safety equipment
∎ purchased on a monthly basis.
∎ Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
∎ Monitoring lounge condition and environmental performance and requesting or
∎ approaching for funds and spending plans.
∎ Providing a workplace setting that is beneficial to productive work.
∎ Monitoring guest's satisfaction.
∎ Monitoring day to day operational activities and other upgradation works.
∎ Monitoring performance metrics.
∎ Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic computer knowledge
∎ Age requirement: 25-35 years
∎ Able to work in flexible schedule
∎ Minimum professional experience: 2-3 years
∎ Hospitality Industry in service sector
∎ Both male and female can apply
