Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc in Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Molecular Biology/ or related fields

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operating industrial fermenters
∎ Scale-up of microbial products
∎ Quality control of microbial products
∎ Maintenance of pure microbial culture
∎ Setting field experiments and collecting data

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ One to three years of experience in operating industrial fermenters will be preferred
∎ Knowledge about the production of bio inoculants and biocontrol agents in industrial bioreactors and scale-up of processes
∎ Knowledge about bacterial and fungal culture on a lab scale
∎ Bench and analytical skills
∎ Development of research plans for marketable biotech products and robust test procedures
∎ Lead, manage, and enable the professional development of staff
∎ Management in industrial settings
∎ Knowledge about microbial fertilizers and soil, plant, and microbe interactions;
∎ Proven experience in molecular biology related to plants and microorganisms and analytical sciences;
∎ High level of creativity, initiative, independent thought, and collaborative ability;
∎ Bioinformatics skills would be advantageous;
∎ Ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems;
