Responsibilities & Context:
Provide excellent customer service to passengers by assisting them with ticket purchases, changes, cancellations, and inquiries about flights, fares, schedules, and policies.
Provide passengers with up-to-date information about flight status, delays, cancellations, and alternative travel options in case of disruptions.
Inform passengers about special promotions, upgrades, and additional services the airline offers to maximize revenue opportunities.
Stay updated with changing visa regulations and policies across different countries.
Handle complex visa cases and troubleshoot issues that arise during the application process.
Coordinate closely with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities to expedite visa approvals.
