Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: IATA course,GDS Course,Training from tourism Institue,Tour Guide
∎ Skills Required: GDS
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air lines, Air Ticketing, Tour and Travel Agency, Tour Guide, Tour Operator, Tour Package
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tour Operator, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform Online & Out door marketing for Visa, air Ticketing and related service.
∎ To create Promotional Holiday packages (International & Domestic).
∎ To create international Business Counter Part (Tourism).
∎ To provide the Visa related services.
∎ To create embassy relation for promotional visa offer.
∎ To maintain Embassy File for Enlisted Company.
∎ To dealing with Corporate Clients & Marketing,
∎ Counseling to clients regarding all types of tourist & business visas from / outside Bangladesh.
∎ Deal with incoming emails including corresponding with local and overseas vendors.
∎ Creating PNR , Issuing and reissuing tickets , refund ticket through GDS software (Sabre , Galileo, Abacus and web base)
∎ Complete knowledge about ADM Policies , BSP Links , IATA Regulations .
∎ Monitoring Ticket Status
∎ To generate new ideas for developing the service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Client Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Management, Online (web/ e-mail) Support
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
∎ Excellent knowledge of English
∎ English Writing capability (Have to have very good idea on drafting) 6.0
∎ MS word, Excel & PowerPoint, Leadership capability & Judge
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
∎ We prefer candidates who are willing to hustle to serve clients and get problems sorted out managing multiple issues at a time.
∎ Manage daily official works ( As per office order)
∎ To submit report in against Daily, Weekly & Monthly activates.
∎ Educational qualification can be considered upon experience status
Salary: Negotiable
