Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Preparation of Daily Report for Production, Delivery, Stock of both raw materials & finished goods on the basis of Store in charge/Factory Supervisor Report and submit/send the same to Director, Sales. Also submit the same to MD/ Management, when required.
Input/ Entry Production and Delivery Data to Accounts Software on daily basis.
Preparation of Daily Statement of both Receivable and Advance Amount from the clients and submit/send the same to Director, Sales. Also submit the same to MD/ Management/Accounts department, when required.
Preparation and submission of bill to the clients and follow up for collection of payment. With the consent from Director, Sales - Communicate Delivery Orders to the concerns and follow up. Keep informed the updated status to Director, Sales time to time.
Periodic checking and verification of finished goods and raw materials including Moulds with assistance of the concern team.
Responsible for Sale and Sales promotion for RCPL Products.
Maintain contact with the clients, preparation & submissions of price offer to the clients and follow up for work order/s.
Co-ordinate production of required products with the consent from Director, Sales.
Daily activities report has to be submitted to Director, Sales through WhatsApp/ e-mail.
