∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any Subject from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for young, capable for hunting clients and confident to reach the goal.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Client acquisition or lead generate from the market.
∎ Generate business and achieve brokerage targets.
∎ Maintain Buy & Sale Order in professional manner.
∎ Perform any other related works of trading and after trade office works.
∎ Regular visit or communication with existing/potential clients for business prospects.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working in Marketing or Business Development department with any Brokerage house will get preference.
∎ Having authorized representative license from BSEC will be preferred.
∎ Having existing client base is expected to trade generation.
∎ Must be well informed about the capital market of Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written in Bangla & English.
∎ Must be enthusiastic, hardworking, committed and result oriented.
∎ Must have strong negotiation skills.
∎ Must have an analytical mind focused on problem solving
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Salary: Negotiable
