∎ Implementing short- and long-term plans
∎ Making important managerial and operational decisions
∎ Focusing on the needs of everybody from investors to employees, customers, and the other stakeholders, and so on.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Are a visionary, a leader, and a good decision maker
∎ Have expertise on business development basics
∎ Have experience on e-commerce business development basics (not required but preferred) like sales, marketing, business planning, logistics, strategic partnerships, vendor management, etc.
