∎ MBA in Marketing (or any discipline) from any recognized University.
∎ Lower educational background will only be considered for candidates with EXCEPTIONAL and relevant work experience.

∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achievement of Primary and Sales Target (Secondary Sales Target) assigned on Monthly, Quarterly, and half yearly and yearly basis.
∎ Responsible to ensure stores coverage by enlisting new chains and driving business volumes with proper negotiation.
∎ Responsible for Retail chain management as per plan in the stipulated time.
∎ Responsible for ensuring and executing upcoming activities and offers.
∎ 100% compliance of Sales processes and systems for assigned retail chains.
∎ Building relationship and ensure service to various key accounts.
∎ Reporting of sales achievements against targets in terms of volumes and values etc.
∎ Maintain MIS and sales report and provide timely feedback to category.
∎ He has to acknowledge management regarding competitors’ day to day activities.
∎ His responsibility is ensuring merchandising planning and execution product availability of all the super store in terms of one week safety stock through his merchandisers/Sales representative in some cases directly or through mail.
∎ 11. He has to ensure the sales of short expiry date product through his team also responsible for solve any claim raised from superstore end.
∎ He will be responsible for collect payments from super store. Also has to maintain party account status register (Record) & input the information of collection amount, check number & money receipt number.
∎ He will be responsible to monitor the merchandiser/SSR/SR to the super store.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Males will be given significant preference for this post, females are not encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidates must have experience in direct Sales.
∎ Candidates MUST have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and as an effective leader of a team
∎ Must have a professional and courteous personality for dealing with clients.
∎ Candidate should be persuasive, dynamic, high motivated, reliable and be willing to be a long-term and loyal employee company.
Salary: Negotiable
