Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to address project engineers’ queries effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to details.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage construction projects inventory, including civil, sanitary, electrical, and other materials.
Review and verify ERP entries for Purchase Orders (PO), Store Receipt Vouchers (SRV), and Material Receipt (MTR).
Enter data into ERP software for material usage/consumption, material transfers (in/out), salvage, client supplies, and material sales.
Reconcile monthly closing stock with individual project records.
