Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s in any discipline from reputed university.

• Bachelor’s in MIS or CSE will get preference.

• Age 26 to 35 years

• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or sales reporting.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)

• Knowledge of PowerPoint for presentations.

• Familiarity with Oracle/ERP or sales tracking systems will be an added advantage.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Good communication and presentation skill

• Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and ensure timely submission to management.

• Monitor stock levels and provide regular updates to ensure smooth operations and avoid shortages.

• Compile, organize and analyze data for monthly sales meetings.

• Prepare monthly meeting presentations and relevant performance dashboards.

• Maintain accurate records of sales performance, stock movement, and key business metrics.

• Identify data trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse and finance teams to ensure data accuracy.

• Assist in automating reporting processes to improve efficiency.
