Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of garment production processes and fabrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-orientated and able to work under pressure.
Good command of English (both written and verbal).
Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with buyers regarding product development, samples, pricing, and order status.
Follow up on order confirmation, raw material sourcing, and production schedules.
Coordinate closely with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain all relevant documentation, including costing sheets, T&A plans, and order trackers.
Negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers to ensure target margins.
Ensure compliance with buyer standards and company policies.
Monitor the sample approval process and ensure smooth execution of bulk production.
Handle any production or shipment issues proactively.
Any other task assigned by the management.
