Job Context:
∎ Office Time: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
∎ Weekend: Saturday

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Out-bound calling and advertising Simura Fashion's products to potential
∎ Collect actual data through phone call.
∎ Input/Store customer information on the database after every call.
∎ Listening & handling customer queries about products & service effectively.
∎ Ensuring the highest quality of response from the customer.
∎ Providing right information to the customer in an effective way.
∎ Collect and analysis data from various sources and report to the management.
∎ Go 'Extra Mile' to achieve overall team goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skills along with active listening. Candidate must be very fluent in English speaking. (Please do not apply if you can't speak English! You have to advertise product or services over the phone to international customers in English )
∎ Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and basic computing
∎ Good Typing Speed (Above 35 WPM)
