• Identify and approach potential customers interested in our real estate projects.   

• Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of the project

• Create sales by visiting clients and corporate offices to deliver service information and create a positive image of the Products.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Conduct sales presentations and provide detailed information about our properties.

• Respond to the clients query at office and over telephone & mobile.

• Arrange project visit as per client’s requirement.

• Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities

• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.

• Positive mindset, salesmanship attitude and good team player.

• Prepare clients payment schedule as per management instruction and collect booking money, down payment and installments.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
