∎ BBA/MBA in marketing from any reputed university with excellent academic record
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect information about customers, market conditions, competitions and provide feedback to management
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
∎ Visit potential customers for new business opportunities
∎ Assist line manager to prepare monthly demand plan as per market demand
∎ Handle dealers problem, complain & others queries at the initial stage for smooth operation
∎ Responsible for achieving targets, after sales service and bill collection
∎ Ensure proper and systematic display of tiles at the outlets of the dealers and other specified locations through distribution and maintenance of merchandising tools
∎ Prepare and present periodic reports
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 02-03 years' experience in any reputed ceramic industry will be given preference. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have sound knowledge in marketing and sales
∎ Efficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Good leadership & interpersonal skills
∎ Good communication skill both in Bangla & English
