∎ The Executive (Sales and Marketing) position presents an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role at AST International Limited. The Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients through research, prospecting, and targeted outreach. The role will require a deep understanding of the company`s products and services, as well as the ability to tailor pitches and presentations to the specific needs of each client.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bring work orders by visiting different companies, institutions and organizations.
∎ Execute strategies to increase sales and drive business growth of the company.
∎ Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through external networking and outreach efforts.
∎ Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
∎ Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
∎ Creating and managing marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and offline promotions.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
∎ Providing ongoing support to clients to ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Staying informed about the company's products and services, industry trends and developments.
∎ Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals.
∎ Researching prospects and generating leads.
∎ Achieve the sales target set by the organization.
∎ Keeping accurate records of sales activities and providing regular reports to management.
∎ Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2+ years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
