Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sell products of Real Estate & Land.
∎ Achieve the company’s goal through direct, Database, and telemarketing.
∎ Respond to clients' queries at the office and over the telephone.
∎ Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
∎ Meeting prospective clients and promoting projects.
∎ Receive and address customer complaints and ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Analyze statistics of sales growth in comparison to prior months.
∎ Ensure proper collection and target recovery achievement.
∎ Look for new customer hunting to lead generation.
∎ Prepare a deed of agreement. Issuing letters according to company policy.
