Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 06 - 08 years of proven experience in real estate sales (Team Leader must have leadership experience).
  • Experienced in Land share sale.
  • Vast knowledge of property market in: Bashundhara, Uttara (inside & outside sectors including 3rd Phase) Nearby Gazipur, Savar, Mirpur
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and market catchment area preferences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.

  • Individuals who have already worked extensively in the above-mentioned areas.
  • Candidates with an established client network and deep understanding of local buyer behavior.

Who We Are Looking For:

We seek individuals who have proven expertise and passion for real estate sales, possess an in-depth understanding of Dhaka’s property market, and can effectively navigate the challenges of current market dynamics.

Note: Sales person must have a team member for fulfill this requirement. Both the Team leader and the member will join at the same time.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop strategic sales plans and lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Train and motivate sales executives to maximize productivity and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, both individual and corporate.
  • Conduct client meetings, property showings, and negotiate successful deals.
  • Maintain updated in-house product knowledge of real estate market conditions and property values.
  • Ensure excellent after-sales support to enhance client loyalty.
