Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed university. Major in Marketing preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and co-work with Brand Team to implement offline/online activities and engage consumers as per business need.
∎ Manage consumer engagement platforms to generate TOMA and drive overall brand growth.
∎ Plan and co-work with respective trade channels for promotional mechanism, special offers, instore display and POS materials.
∎ Maintain healthy rapport with influencers and business partners to drive positive WOM of the brand.
∎ Liaison with different agencies for ensuring greatest business outcome.
∎ Responsible for planning and delivering innovative content across all social media platforms.
∎ Track, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
∎ Monitor and gather intel regarding competitor's activities through BTL channels and digital avenues, as well as current market performance and trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Maximum 1 year of Experience in Agency. Freshers are encouraged to apply
∎ Minimum Graduate (preferably Major in Marketing)
∎ Highly Skilled in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
∎ Expertise at Digital Marketing, media buying and PR
∎ Strong Communication Skills, Project Management, Problem Solving skill with Pro-active and "can do" attitude.
