Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for smart and energetic Executive (marketing).
Job Responsibilities:
Build a strong relationship with the customers/guests/clients over the phone and face to face meeting.
Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming/outgoing phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/Email
Any other task assigned by the management
To organize smooth marketing operation.
To filing the necessary documents.
Able to work beyond the office hour when needed.
Must have Computer knowledge, MS Word, EXCEL, Power point, & browsing skill.
To be accountable for smart, Neat & Cleanliness & Beautification
