∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure managing of all aspects of the brand through the supply chain both ATL and BTL.
∎ Analyze the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages.
∎ Prepare brand plan and brand strategy to ensure all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
∎ Develop and manage digital/online marketing campaigns.
∎ Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts.
∎ Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new.
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media platform.
∎ Prepare an enduring brand message, which results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share.
∎ Promote the brand internally making sure all elements of the company; understand the brand and its goals.
∎ Maintain close working relationship with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met.
∎ Identify key part in buying, sourcing and manufacturing of the brands products and ensuring all aspects of the supply chain align with the brand.
∎ Develop high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
∎ Assess sales forecast and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly.
∎ Prepare brand strategy to directors, sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences.
∎ Ensuring marketing budgets are met.
∎ Ensure new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To extend its marketing operation to a much wider zone
∎ Must have Computer Knowledge
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Speaking and writing proficiency in Bangla & English
