Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and maintain all telephone calls & respond to them in a well- manner, record all telephone messages and send those to the concerned desk/s.
∎ Effectively communicate with clients and employees.
∎ Ensure knowledge of staff movements inside and outside of the company.
∎ Provide general administration support.
∎ Record, maintain and share information.
∎ Market visit and Achieve sales target and any kind of Office requirements.
∎ Takes responsibility for overall monitoring and supervision of all marketing activities for the company.
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets.
∎ Manages relationships with key customers.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about sales & marketing.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Computer knowledge is the must.
