Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (online and offline).
∎ Manage partnerships with delivery platforms and aggregators.
∎ Create engaging content for social media and promotional materials.
∎ Plan and monitor social media boosts/promotions.
∎ Organize in-store promotions, activations, and branding activities.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
∎ Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with the operations team, other departments, and external partners.
∎ Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including professional email writing and presentation creation.
