∎ Agricultural Science Degree holders are preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Sales & Distribution strategies within assigned areas.
∎ Maintain relationships with the Distributors and evaluate their performance periodically.
∎ Conduct Product Training and Technical Support to the Farmers.
∎ Promote the brand in the Markets, arrange events between Farmers and Distributors
∎ To carryout rural Promotional Campaigns eg Van Campaign and Customer Get-Together
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and future Clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all Sales activities, including customer interactions, proposals, and contracts.
∎ Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to develop new strategies tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
∎ Building relationships with potential customers to advise on products, learn about customers’ demands and give appropriate development orientations.
∎ Support, coordinate with related departments to complete the assigned tasks and ensure work progress.
∎ Implement other jobs as required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Intermediate English is a must
∎ Must be able to travel frequently or relocate to assigned districts, depending on business needs
∎ Good communication and customer service skills.
∎ The ability to solve problems quickly and accurately.
∎ Be careful, enthusiastic spirit, ability to work in a team and enthusiastically contribute to building the team.
∎ Having a high sense of responsibility, discipline, stamina and high stubbornness.
