∎ Our company is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our wonderful team. The successful candidate will assist the company with market development deals and partners through data analysis, quality presentations, and market building excellent relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting data analysis and market research to develop data presentations for potential investors
∎ Locate the best investors and negotiate deals with potential partners
∎ Follow-up with potential investors and drive investment progress forward
∎ Attend company financial meetings and participate to ensure the lowest and most efficient cost fund for the company
∎ Prepare financial reports and presentations
∎ Develop innovative ideas for research reports per equity partners, banks, and investors requirements; create report concepts, map out report content, review report drafts, and provide feedback before publication deadlines
∎ Conduct venture capital and investment research on business portfolio and recommend investment decisions
∎ Develop an efficient and streamlined investment pipeline of excellent investment opportunities
∎ Work closely with the finance team as needed
∎ Maintain positive rapports with current investors and develop positive rapport with potential investors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
∎ Must be enthusiastic, committed to achievement, and result-oriented
∎ Strong negotiation skills and willingness to work as a team
∎ Ability to perform work accurately, timely, and with only moderate supervision
∎ Strong critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills
∎ Experience with international business is preferred

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
