Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing or sales in the garments accessories industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of garment accessories including Tags, Labels, Heat Seals/ Heat Transfer label, Paper Hanger, RFID and Sewing Thread.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good command over MS Office and reporting tools.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla (spoken and written).
∎ 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing or sales in the garments accessories industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with RMG (Ready-Made Garments) factories and buying houses.
∎ Promote and market garment accessories such as Tags, Labels, Heat Seals, and Sewing Thread.
∎ Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the garments sector.
∎ Prepare and present product samples and marketing materials to buyers and merchandisers.
∎ Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitors and pricing trends.
∎ Assist in setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them.
∎ Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and reporting of client interactions, feedback, and sales pipeline.
