Job Context:
∎ Department - Supply Chain Management
∎ Location : Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Dhaka City.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase the acquired number of Cluster Retailers.
∎ Execute sales plans & achieve sales targets (Retailers and Revenue).
∎ Collect and monitor the market dues and update the concerned colleagues regularly.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
∎ Building and maintaining long-term relations with current and prospective customers.
∎ Update different information on google sheet.
∎ Prepare different reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
∎ Communicate effectively with the field team & partners for different reports.
∎ Regular field & market visits to see the sourcing partnerships, buying partnerships, growth opportunities, relationship building, and competitor's activities.
∎ Identify opportunities to develop and improve solutions and strengthen the overall customer experience and bring changes where necessary.
∎ Visit the market if necessary.
∎ Oversee the logistics of the product and communicate with the buyers to ensure successful consignment.
∎ Communicate effectively with the suppliers & buyers to keep tabs of the receivable amounts with the help of accounts.
∎ Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Keep records everyday basis
∎ Develop new business and retain existing businesses.
∎ Assisting in the development and implementations of Sales target.
∎ Addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisions.
∎ Maintaining an accurate and detailed record of all sales.
∎ Preparing and presenting a sales report to the supervisor.
∎ Ensure strong presence in the customer base and respond to customers requests quickly.
∎ Researching current market trends and making a note of customer requests.
∎ Diverting customer requests and complaints to the relevant departments.
∎ Coordinate with the in-house teams and retailers to execute projects, if needed.
∎ Be updated with Agri products on a regular basis.
∎ Collaborating with relevant departments to perform business needs.
∎ Analyzes vendor / retailer potential and pitch.
∎ Communicating with the global team for overall account management.
∎ Stay focused about the latest trends and developments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Development, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Retail Sales.
∎ Excellent communication skill, Team Player.
∎ Must be honest
∎ Highly motivated, proactive and detail-oriented person with good leadership skills.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good time management and organizational skills.
∎ Basic Financial Knowledge is required.
∎ Ready to travel up to 70% of the time.
∎ Open Mind and professional attitude are desired.

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly,
∎ Lucrative Incentives reaching more than 85% of the revenue target. Festival Bonus 2
