∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
∎ High level of professional integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly visit market to find-out market gap as well as uncovered outlet;
∎ Product stock counting, valuation & reconciliation of inventory in various dealer/distributor;
∎ Product presence & stock status (own & competitors) in retail & distributor;
∎ Market share & coverage analysis;
∎ Internal process investigation;
∎ Ensure damage goods are processed as per norms;
∎ Monitor and track market audit team to make sure that audit team is visiting the market as per plan;
∎ Perform market survey on SKU wise product availability;
∎ Review and audit marketing campaigns to ensure they are aligned with the company’s objectives and compliance standards;
∎ Identify opportunities for improvement in current and past marketing strategies;
∎ Prepare and present detailed reports on audit findings, analysis, and recommendations;
∎ Document audit results, including the strengths and weaknesses of current marketing activities.
