Job Summary
The Executive - Maintenance will ensure the operational reliability and efficiency of dyeing and finishing machinery, with a specific focus on high-pressure knit dyeing machines. This role involves conducting both breakdown and preventive maintenance to support uninterrupted production and maintain high-quality standards in the textile manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
Dyeing & Finishing Machine Operational Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on dyeing and finishing machines to ensure consistent performance and adherence to operational standards.
High-Pressure Knit Dyeing Machine Breakdown Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve breakdowns in high-pressure knit dyeing machines to minimize downtime and restore production efficiency.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for high-pressure knit dyeing machines to reduce equipment failures and enhance longevity.
Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years in maintenance engineering, preferably in the textile industry with expertise in dyeing and finishing equipment.
Education: BSc in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed public or private university.
