∎ Monitor and track import and export shipments.
∎ Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Communicate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on shipping activities.
∎ Ensure warehouse stock accuracy, daily stock status, and transaction reports.
∎ Prepare various reports and communicate required updates on customer and stakeholders’ demands.
