Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to work at RAJUK relating to Power Acceptance, Land clearance, Plan approval, Sale permission, occupancy certificate etc.
∎ To maintain strong relationship with RAJUK, Ministry & Housing.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ To create a strong data base and able to handle it independently.
∎ Ensure that the work progress maintained accurately.
∎ Capable to drive motor cycle with driving license.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good presentation skill & well spoken.
∎ Must have computer knowledge & strong command on MS office, Excel and typing speed will be 15-20 word per minute.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.

Salary: Negotiable
