Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure installation, maintenance & configuration of software, network & hardware.
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users to resolve IT-related issues and minimize downtime.
∎ Create and maintain documentation including system documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and incident reports to ensure compliance.
∎ Maintain & troubleshoot active directory client-based computer system, internet, emailing system, printing, Etc.
∎ Manage and maintain IP camera system, PABX/IP-PABX intercom system, video conferencing system, biometric and face detected attendance & access control system.
∎ Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructures including servers, networks, and storage systems.
∎ Manage and configure servers, databases, and other critical IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
∎ Acting as a First point of Contact: dealing with correspondence and phone / cell calls of Head Office at Dhaka.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management
