Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good understanding of TCP/IP stack, networking technologies and protocols (i.e. static routing, NAT etc.)
∎ Installing and configuring All kind of OS, computer hardware, software systems, All Kind of printers and scanners.
∎ Experience with IP telephony Infrastructure and office LAN/Wi-Fi Network setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Coordination and Maintain software (POS & Others) implementation and upgrades.
∎ Responsible for CCTV Installation & troubleshooting
∎ Determining IT budget and equipment needs.
∎ Configuring and troubleshooting experience in routers & switches and LAN, WLAN, VLAN with Cisco.
∎ Inbound & outbound solutions as well as Data entry.
∎ Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending or approving funding levels and spending plans.
∎ Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems & networks. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
