Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure regular client support and communication to improve client experience
∎ Identify & Implement suitable fix to streamline client operations in smooth and error free manner.
∎ Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions for client.
∎ Monitor changes or advancement in technology to discover ways where the company can gain competitive advantage
∎ Immediate response to the business in case of any critical and disasters situation
∎ Solution support & maintenance, be able on-call to handle any issue arises.
∎ Assists Software Implementation
∎ Ensure after implementation support
∎ Ensure Software In-house testing & UAT
∎ Ensure Client & In-house training
∎ Documentation of Existing Solutions as well as running, upcoming Projects.
∎ Manage team members by recruiting, training and appraising their performance
∎ Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
∎ Assist team building and team motivation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Business Process & Work-flow Understanding in ERP ecosystem.
∎ Understanding of Master Data and preparing them is smartest manner.
∎ Hands on experience in MS Excel and other Office Applications.
∎ Basic understanding of the Latest technologies including Web and Mobile.
∎ Fluent in mail Communication and Verbally to Conduct Training & Presentation.
