∎ BSc/(Hons)/Diploma in (CSE) from any renowned University & CGPA must be more then 3.00.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to PC, workstation, Laptop, UPS, Printer, multifunctional printer, related Hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
∎ Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports that deliver technical assistance to the entire office.
∎ Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operating system.
∎ Configuration and maintaining LAN/WAN/WIFI setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per office IT policy.
∎ Communicate with different service providers/vendors/organizations and take necessary steps as per requirements.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Preference shall be given to the candidates who has experience to work in corporate office.
∎ Experience in handling & troubleshooting of IP camera, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control device.
∎ Skills Required: IT Support Service and Network engineering, IT System Management, Problem solving and analytical skill.
