Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure proper connectivity to all the end users in the organization.
- Make sure the proper functioning of the network design and organize the system network.
- Provide network security, assign IP address and maintain the database of various IT devices that are connected to the system network.
- Manage backup, security and user help systems.
- Server Management, Administrating and configuring network.
- Maintenance of system and network, LAN, WLAN, mail server management, mail server troubleshooting, attendance device troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting, end user support.
- Maintaining existing website and make changes upon requirements.
- Network & hardware maintenance.
- Handling & troubleshooting of all computer system, IP cameras, CCTV, video conferencing equipment & access control devices.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software & network.
- Assisting in the procurement of Computers, all IT related equipment’s and accessories.
