Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Applicant must be completed CA-CC from a reputed CA firm
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, MS Office Applications
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vouching and verification of all kinds of bill/voucher for ensuring the accuracy of the financial transactions as well as their proper entry into books of accounts;
∎ Routine factory visits to ensure the accounting, inventory as well as production management activities and report to the management where improvement is required;
∎ Physical verification of inventory and fixed assets of the company on a timely manner and report to the management;
∎ Physical market verification to ensure market price of the local purchased items where required and any significant deviation must be reported to the management;
∎ Review financial statements of the company and report to the management thereon;
∎ Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
∎ Should be honest, sincere, polite, dynamic, hard-working & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
∎ Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
∎ Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
∎ Willing to travel extensively to any place in Bangladesh
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
