Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular vouching and verification of petty cash transactions.
∎ Perform balance confirmations with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Review conveyance, tour, and miscellaneous bills through the G-Track system.
∎ Carry out field visits for audit investigations and verifications.
∎ Participate in periodic counting and reconciliation of LPG cylinders.
∎ Conduct audits related to cash handling and overall cash management processes.
∎ Perform fixed asset verification and audit procedures.
∎ Carry out inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
∎ Execute any assignments as directed by the line manager.
